Today’s strip was drawn by Dave Mercier of Mercworks, his fantastic semi-biographical webcomic. I’ve been enjoying his strips for a few months now and jumped at the opportunity to exchange guest comics. That’s right, not only did Dave draw a Caffeinated Toothpaste strip, but I drew a Mercworks strip. Head on over and check it out! It was a ton of fun drawing his character and I absolute love his take on me.
If you’d like to get to know more about him, filmmaker Jeremy White made this excellent portrait of Dave and his work.

It’s a bit buried, but there’s a list of some comics that I’m currently fascinated with at the bottom of this page. I occasionally update the list, so check it out if you’d like to find more great comics like Dave’s.
"Every winter, however, they are put back into service"
"Thanks to sweaters and sweatshirts my tees find new life as undershirts"
"Though occasionally I'll forget their condition if I get too warm"

Did you provide a script, or do other cartoonists assume these things about your shirts?
Anyway, cool comic though. The last panel is money, between your jauntiness and the reaction shots from the innocent bystanders.
@Shaun We did provide scripts for the strips, though they were only for the dialog. I think it’s safe to say that Dave nailed it.
